This site belongs to Alan Heifitz (“ALAN”, “we”). This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking inquiries. When you send the booking form we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone, preferred contact method and the event details you share.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and arrange a booking you ask for. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Who processes it

• Website hosting (Vercel Inc.)
• Email delivery of inquiries (Resend)

Links to Instagram, Threads and other platforms are governed by those platforms’ own policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the booking and our records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights under local law; contact us and we will help.
